![]() ![]() ![]() Now for me if a customer has valid feedback you should do what you can to try and improve the situation for them so I asked if they would honour the 3 day price, he point blank refused stating that even though the info isn’t with the booking info it is on the website. So on arrival I explained the situation and how I thought the website was misleading by not putting the pricing structure with the booking information, I was passed onto a manager. I rang 4x during opening hours (no answer) and emailed at 7am the day prior, to explain the situation, I got no response. After hunting around the website I found in the opening dates and times section there was a pricing structure which gave cheaper options for booking in advance, had we booked 3 days in advance the tickets would have been cheaper and had I known I absolutely would have. The day before we came to visit I went to book and followed the same process and couldn’t understand why the price had increased. A couple of weeks before visiting to get an idea of prices I went to book online which requires you to put your date in so you know the cost is reflective of the day you plan to visit. On the website home page you have the option of “opening dates and times” or “book tickets” online. ![]() The first was in relation to booking in advance. Trip Advisor ask to rate your experience, so to note we generally had a good time at the park but a couple of customer service issues put a dampener on the experience and I encourage you to read on if you are planning a visit so you too don’t fall foul to the same issues we did. ![]()
